Our
Purpose
The purpose of the Foundation is to educate government, communities, organisations and the public on strategies to enhance social cohesion and advancement through a focus on promoting and addressing the benefits and challenges that diversity brings. Collating, communicating and analysing a combination of scientific facts and lived experience scenarios, the foundation aims to be a well trusted professional entity supporting the personal and professional development of those who it engages with. Its intention is to impart knowledge, advocate and give in various ways that advance inclusion and belonging for all people in all areas of human function. The Foundation's main focus is geared towards supporting the safety and advancement of religiously, culturally, linguistically and racially diverse groups in Australia. An arm of the Foundation also acts as a social enterprise doing philanthropic work to provide grants and resources to support the advancement of these minority or traditionally marginalised groups. It intends to maintain :

registration as a charity with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC) ; and

status as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR)
Without limiting the ways of helping, the Foundation may either directly or
through established partnerships
a. Deliver speeches, other engagements and materials that serve to educate and inspire positive systemic and structural changes for improved diversity, inclusion and belonging in all facets of human endeavour and interaction.
b. Work to improve the justice experience of minority and traditionally marginalised people.
c. Work to empower leaders and people in positions of influence drive needed changes to improve diversity, inclusion and belonging for those in their sphere of influence.
c. Nurture networks for knowledge-sharing, skill-building, and education
to empower minority and traditionally marginalised people, allies concerned about equity, and the broader community.
e. Foster meaningful national dialogue to improve equity and social cohesion by advancing initiatives that promote greater diversity, address bias, prejudice and racism.
f. Perform activities with the view to enhancing the experience of true inclusion and belonging for all members of society in all aspects of human endeavour.
g. Give support in the form of philanthropic grants and services to youth, organisations and communities.
